Return and Warranty Policy
All of products come with a 30 day exchange or repair warranty. You may return items for exchange or refund in originally received condition within 15 days of purchase. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or in the case of a damaged item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. If you have paid by credit card, you can expect an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
If you need to return your purchase for any reason, simply send us an email. In many cases, we'll be able to exchange for the correct part or troubleshoot the problem you're experiencing.
If returning a electronic part due to not wanting to cover the cost of programming, installation costs or buyer's remorse a 15% restocking fee will apply on the refund amount. If returning a good product it MUST be received in resale condition it was shipped as otherwise we will be unable to process a refund and item will be returned to you. The original cost paid to ship the item is also deducted from the refund amount.
We offer free USPS Priority shipping to all 50 states but can also ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us 1st for international orders.
